Vaga de Gerente de Projetos

SÃO PAULO - SP - Perfect candidate will have 5 - 9 years of experience as Project Manager, preferably in the Telecoms area. Based in São Paulo (offices in Berrini area). Available for travels. Fluent English is mandatory. At least intermediate level of Spanish. PMP or equivalent and/or Project Management degree is a plus. Role Summary: The main objective of the role is to manage projects to delivery products and services according to scope, agreed timescales, budgeted costs and the required quality levels. The Project Manager provides the principle point of contact for the customer during the project lifecycle and ensures the successful handover to the support group on system acceptance. 

Summary Main Responsibilities: Ensure that the company fulfills all contractual obligations delivering our solutions and services according to the agreed timescales, budgeted costs, quality and customer satisfaction; Obtain commitment to engineering resource and manage the engineering resource assigned to the project. This engineering can be either local, Business Unit, or other regional resource; Perform proper risk analysis and takes proactive action to mitigate them; Regular track the progress of the key milestones of the project against the agreed customer baseline and keeps management informed of any significant slippages in schedule; Ensure that the company achieves and where possible improves upon the financial return from the project using the appropriate financial reporting tools. This responsibility includes timely and accurate reporting for financial revenue recognition; Project reporting according to the Project Management Office methodology; Ensure that project change control is properly managed with cost and timescale adjustments passed on to the customer using an agreed upon change control process. Bid support for PM and engineering labor estimates, travel, and risk register for contingency into the bid process.
